Over the Christmas period, our office will be closed from 2pm on Friday 23 December 2011 and will re-open at 8.30 am on Monday 9 January 2012.

It is with deep sadness that we mourn the loss of our colleague and friend Roy van Panhuys. He was highly respected by us all and will be greatly missed here at Langley Twigg.

Being a necessary step in starting any business, the process of registering a company in New Zealand was designed to be both low cost and easy to complete. However, recent examples have highlighted that the system of registration is open to abuse and has been abused. Consequently, in order to ensure that New Zealand remains a trusted place to do business, the Companies and Limited Partnerships Amendment Bill (the “Bill”) was recently introduced to Parliament to deal with these concerns. |

Langley Twigg will be supporting Kai in the Bay on Saturday 12 November. This is a Maori and Wild Food Festival complete with tastings, cooking demos and workshops. There will also be plenty of entertainment for children.
The Festival is held at Perfume Point, Ahuriri from 10 am to 3.30 pm. Tickets are available as presale or on the door (click on the link for further information).. |
