Reminder for Employers: Employment law changes take effect from 1 July 2011 From 1 July you must hold a signed copy of the individual employment agreement, or the current individual terms and conditions of employment applying to each employee. If you have given an employee an intended agreement, you should keep a copy, even if the employee has not signed it.
