John has extensive experience in commercial law, company law and resource management, having clients in maritime, export, building, forestry and rural sectors.

He offers expert advice on resource management issues and has been lead counsel and a hearings commissioner on a number of major matters.  John holds the necessary certification for the Chair of hearings commissions.

John joined Langley Twigg in 1961 and became a Partner in 1964.
