Emma Sye

Born and raised in Hawke’s Bay, Emma graduated from the University of Canterbury with a conjoint LLB/BSc degree majoring in Law, Geography and Geology. Emma joined Langley Twigg in 2015 following some time spent working and travelling overseas.

Emma works predominantly in the areas of property and commercial law, including conveyancing, leasing, trust formation and administration, wills and powers of attorney. Emma has a particular interest in assisting first home buyers in purchasing their first home, including assistance with Kiwisaver and Kāinga Ora First Home Grant applications.

Outside the office Emma doesn’t sit still for long, she is a keen horsewoman and in her spare time can often be found at showgrounds around the county competing in Dressage and Showing.
